Instruction or expert knowledge examination according to §34a GewO
Training as a fire protection assistant (m/f/d) is advantageous
Technical understanding, assertiveness combined with a high level of social competence
Ability to work in a team and a strong service mentality
Customer-oriented approach, organisational skills and diligence
Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
Very good written and spoken German as well as basic knowledge of English
Current first aid training (not older than 2 years)
Certificate of good conduct without entry (not older than 3 months)
Willingness to work weekends and shifts

Staffing the gate
Contact person (m/f/d) for customers and employees in the building
Monitoring the alarm technology (burglary and fire) and the video system
Initiation of measures, as well as reporting to the customer and supervisor, keeping an electronic duty book
Documentation of events and incidents
Telephone service, access control/break replacements
